Blemished Chambers

When available, we offer selected portable hyperbaric chambers at significant discounts to help you access hyperbaric treatment no matter how tight your budget is. These are new chambers unless specifically stated otherwise. Standard warranties apply to these discounted products.

Used chambers

Based on availability, we may have previously used hyperbaric equipment for purchase.

We are also happy to assist you with the resale of your Hyperbaric equipment if it can be brought to us in Hardwick Vermont. We will need the make, model and serial number of your chamber, oxygen concentrator, and any accessories you wish to sell.

Our procedure for resale is as follows:
– we will contact the manufacturer to obtain a recommended resale price and any history of repairs once we have the serial number of the chamber and will share this with you to determine a fair price.

– you agree to not advertise or sell your chamber independently. If you receive an expression of interest, you agree to refer the interested party to Community Hyperbaric.

– we collect payment from the customer and hold it for two weeks while the buyer ensures that all is in order and that they wish to keep the equipment.

– we send you payment minus 15% commission and any additional sales related expenses (for example repairs, cleaning, shipping) after the two week return period is over.

We ask that you provide us with:
– photos of the chamber (pressurized) and other equipment, specifically noting any damage, wear, or cosmetic markings/blemishes on the equipment, if any.
– a list of any repairs that have been made and the dates thereof.
– thoroughly clean your chamber inside and out. You can use mild soap and water, vinegar and water. Do not use harsh abrasive, alcohol or petroleum products. Remove all personal objects, dirt, hair, and debris from the chamber. If need be, we charge a $95-200 cleaning fee, depending on our assessment of the equipment.
– we will attempt to sell the chamber in such a way that shipping charges are not incurred, but in the event that we do need to ship it to the purchaser, please let us know whether you will cover shipping costs (typically several hundred dollars), or would prefer to split the cost or have the buyer cover shipping entirely.
– please include the carry bag, if this was provided, and the original shipping boxes if these are still available. These are helpful and will reduce shipping charges if we need to ship the equipment to the purchaser.
