Made from hypoallergenic, medical grade material, including 46 oz. heavy duty, double laminated ballistic grade nylon. With large view ports and easily readable pressure gauges, Newtowne chambers are among the most user friendly and versatile products on the market today.  Class 4 Mild Hyperbaric Chambers come with a standard two year warranty, backing up Newtowne’s commitment to quality and exclusive port pressure covers to reinforce the strength and safety of the devices. Extended warranties can be purchased at any time during the original warranty period according to the fee schedule below.  To maximize clinical benefit we recommend the use of an oxygen concentrator, which converts room air (21% oxygen) to approximately 95% oxygen. There is no oxygen to buy, and masks and appropriate tubing and connectors for your chamber model are included. At your request, we are happy to assist you in purchasing this equipment.

WARRANTY POLICY

Newtowne Hyperbarics warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 Years from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will repair at our shop using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss, damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, or natural disasters. The cost of shipping to and from the factory is the responsibility of the owner. Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraph.

RETURN POLICY

Newtowne Hyperbarics is confident in the quality and ergonomics of their products and offers an unconditional return policy on any purchase within the first 15 days from delivery. A full refund, minus original shipping charges and credit card and other payment processing fees, will be issued provided that the chamber is received in its original condition. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty, or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to its original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of return shipping.
